Out Of Mem Map glitch

Im getting a problem with the game everytime i play a map and go farther than from where i spawn the map suddenly glitches with purple box saying "Out Of Mem" and it gets worse when i zoom in or zoom out being replaced by a white screen, if i zoom in and then zoom out it fixes till i move the camera
