Mostly customizer.

If I remember correctly, the speedsters in the game are the ones who can turn mini (while in their smaller forms).

Yep!

You can heighten and lower speed, also change colors on speed trails. Pretty cool stuff!

How can you change the color of the speed trail? I don't see a color option
