Cartographer challenge bug

After completing the main story, i went round the map, to complete the Cartographer Challenge. I activated all 18 points, but it only says i have 16. Anyone else having this bug and is there a way around it?
Update: It seems that it ws just a bug with the early days after release, I have replayed the game on a new save file and it worked fine.

Not to be difficult, but is it possible you missed two? Or you hit them, but they didn't save for whatever reason?

no, i havent missed them, i checked all of tem on the in game map and could fast travel to all, you can only do that once they are activated, i'm playing it through again to see if it happens again, cause there were still some bugs in it in my first save file

yeah, not gonna lie, thats what i thought would happen, just thought someone else may have encountered the issue too, might just be a save file issue

I've had the game not save becauseI quit too soon or something, and had to do things again, but admittedly it was rare. Could be one of the vast number of bugs that need patching but it was often enough that checking to make sure was a reasonable thought to pursue.

I'm still attempting another playthrough, had other priorities, might just be that thee save file was made before the bug was fixed, cause the same thing happened with the xbox controller prompt, which I found odd since i dont even own a xbox controller

have you checked on knowhere (second map layer)and kang's citadel?

These two are the only map points that appear late in game.

Reopen all of them that happened to me and this fixed it

Achievement is just buggy. For me it didn't trigger until I also tagged most/all of the gold brick monuments.

I m having the same problem. I activated all 18 points, but it only says I have 17. Please, anyone else did get solved this dead-lock? Thank you
