Man-Ape bossfight (in Wakanda) bug!

There is a problem fighting against Man-Ape. After a few times hitting him, the character stucks on his shoulders so you can`t continue the fight.

same goes to me. Is there any fix for this bug?

I am also having this issue. Black Panther just jumps on his shoulders and goes to town. Nothing else happens. I'm told to push the "H" (action) button, but nothing helps.

Just found out...
You have to keep hitting the button it shows you for several seconds, and THEN Man-Ape gets damage.

I love this intuitive gameplay.

I wonder if switching characters during the smacking animation broke it? I solved it on the third reload by playing as black panther and doing nothing but walking around and pressing the attack button.
