how do i start gwen pool missions

i dont know how to start the extra missions

You have to do the quests in the open world, with the comic quote bubbles, to unlock Gwenpool missions.

so i unlock character then missions appear? or do i keep looking around?

After you do a number of the quests, the Gwenpool missions will unlock. You don't have to go to the mansion or anything, the game will let you know, additionally, a marker will be added to the map which allows you to fast travel straight to the Gwenpool mission, so don't worry about having to hunt for it!

Also, the Gwenpool notifies you with a video cutscene as soon as you unlocked a mission. And the entrance is really large pink rings floating around. Basically impossible to not find it.
