Can't continue story because of glitch

I'm on the level What's Klaw's is Mined and there is a part in the beginnig of the level where you have to play as Ms.Marvel and shrink so you can fit through a gap to pull a lever, but whenever I try to go through, there's like an invisible wall blocking the gap from me going through. I don't know what to do and cant continue the story. Does anyone have any idea what to do or has experienced this to?

Nevermind I reinstalled the game for the third time and it worked!
