Since playing this game, I have developed a massive hatred for Gwenpool's voice actress. The woman they use is super obnoxious and every time I hear one of her bad jokes or over exaggerations I want to die. I miss Nolan North's Deadpool from Lego Marvel Superheroes now more than ever. I can't be the only one who feels this way, right?

I disagree with you; I never liked Deadpool to start with and can only see Gwenpool as a *vast* improvement. But hey, that's all on me, you do you.

As far as the game itself, I don't think I can suggest anything useful aside from soldiering through the Gwenpool missions and then declining to choose her in your lineup. AFAIK there's no way to mod her (or anyone else) out, and the only alternative I can think of is not to play the game in the first place.

yeah I figured this and I'm real sad. I do enjoy the game, but ooooooh boy lol.

You are not alone. Gwenpool's voice actress really gets under my skin! Even if voice acting in video games isn't always perfect, I never had a problem with it before... until now.

That voice just touches every nerve in my body the wrong way. I literally had to stop playing right now to calm myself down. She sounds like an annoying teen you just want to smack over the head again and again and again. Horrible character too.

The worst part is that you have to endure her during the DLC missions too. I genuinely cannot enjoy or concentrate on the game with these loud and annoying comments constantly interrupting my flow!

Game is fun, but I HATE Gwenpool with a passion.

Oh god, don't get me started-

From her stupidly annoying narrations in the bonus and DLC levels, all the way to her constantly talking whenever you're in her room, to that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hit-Monkey side quest.

Heck, she's even annoying in the comics.

So yeah, don't be surprised when I say that Gwenpool is the worst character in any piece of media ever.

And to think, she was slapped into the game because of LEGO's "oh, Deadpool can't be in the game because of his two movies." thing that they were doing.

It's ironic as all hell when the only time she ever (almost) shuts up is when you play as her.
