Jumping on the trampoline on the train

I literally can't get up past this point. They don't seem to jump high enough.

Has anyone been able to do this on the keyboard. I can't bring up the hint but I imagine I should just be pressing J and moving one of them and that should be enough.

Can anyone provide a screenshot or a video of this bug? Also, the trampoline jumping is weird, you don't hit jump when you jump on it, you hold jump and let it bounce a few times to gain height.

How do I post a screenshot? I’ve held the jump button but still Star Lord’s feet barely clear the roof of the train car. Same with Kid Colt.

Just got past the trampoline and beat the level. All I had to do was change the resolution and refresh settings to the lowest and it worked.
