Impossible Achievement - Stone of Memphis?

Its possible I'm missing something. I don't get this quest trigger until around turn 123 as it seems tied with the New Kingdom and Relocation of the Capital quest.

From what I can tell
The Memphis Stone quest is triggered by the end of the building of the Relocation of the Capital, which requires you to have conquered Eqypt and completed the third trial and thus created the new Kingdom (or have the later trigger for not having conquered Egypt). Even if you complete the trial straight off, this doesn't appear to trigger before turn 119, and its at least 1 turn to complete the White Walls/Temple for the Relocation of the Capital (using massive slave labour). Its then another 10 turns to complete the expedition after that, though I guess you could time it so you are already running the expedition and it finishes on turn 121, still that is 21 turns after you need to complete it for the achievement. Am I missing a way of triggering this (and/or the prereq quests) earlier?
