Sorry to hear you're having problems with the game.

Please ensure that you’re running the game's most recent version – you need to launch the Steam in online mode and let 60 Parsecs! update. If you still experience black screen issues after updating, please provide us with some additional information:
1) The hardware specifications of your PC - CPU, GPU, RAM;
2) If you have it available, the log file for 60 Parsecs! You can find it located under the following directory:
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\RobotGentleman\60Parsecs!\output_log.txt

Once we have these, we can take a closer look at the issue.

I think we're going to have to take a look at your log file. Could you please send it to us at support@robotgentleman.com? You can find it located under the below directory:

C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\RobotGentleman\60Parsecs!\output_log.txt

Once we have that, we can take a closer look at the issue.

I've asked steam support for a refund and they have granted it.

Sorry to hear you're having problems launching the game.

What you could do in order to solve the issue is:
1) ensure you're running the game directly through Steam (and not from the .exe file) and that it's the latest version (let Steam update the game)
2) reinstall the game and/or the Steam application

Let me know if this works.

I've refunded the game so there's no point of buying a game just to check that out
