Laika

Hello there i got a Quest relating to the last fish that i need to catch. Seeing that laika is a unique Fish and the other unique fish had a Quest that only needed the one specific Unique fish and nothing else i wonder if i have to complete other Quests before i am able to catch laika. I think i now spend 60-90 Minutes with 149/150 trying to get laika, but with no success.
Currently i got 5 open Quests
"Kitchen Clean-Up" where i still would need to get 9 more Gulper eel...
"Bigget is Better" with 1/3 catched for Plesiosaur as well as 1/3 for Itchthyosaur
"Not the Eyes again" where i only got 3/5 Lantern Fish so far (got all Glowing Jellyfish and Big Eyes needed)
"Pet Deeds?"
And
"Gotta Catch" which got Laika in it (as well as Neptune)

so i wonder if i would need to complete an open sidequest in order to get a unique laika quest, and if so if anybody could tell me which of my open sidequests i would have to complete in order to get there.
While i enjoyed the game i would love to finhish it without grinding another 5 hours of rare fish hunting.

Ok i got it, i had to complete every quest from the Farmer/Pet NPC to unlock the "right" laika quest.
