How do I get to Cafe Chelsey?

I have 11 energy hexes and I'm trying to connect the path but nothing happens. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

well my englis not the best but if you have white hex that is the first one on the top you should able to create path to the cafe. you just nmeed to overlap alredy created areas to make it. you cannot use hex if it is outside the board/hex. hard to explain.

you have to use ctrl to move the hex around.

yeah if you using keyboard Ctrl+W,S,A,D moves the hex around and Q,E rotation

Oh and one more think if you are using keyboard and have gamepad icons go to options and you shoudl able to change iot to keyboard layout.
