Ps4 Pro or PC version? Question about performances

So, here's my rig :

GTX 980ti
I7 4790K
16 GB ram

Will the game run fine at 60fps/4K? Are the 4K textures worth it? Can i run the game at 120 fps if i play 1080p?

I also have a ps4 pro so i'm not sure where to pick it... Ps4 pro isn't native 4K right?

sure, but i would prefere to wait for an answer before downloading 83 GB of files just to test it, lol

Plus the european PS4 version only release october 23, so i have time

Your specs seem fine enough, HD textures are not worth it IMO, it looks decent without them
It's not even near 83 GB btw, more like 16 (on PC at least) and the HD Textures can be downloaded separately (40 GB iirc)
And the game is locked at 60 fps so you wont get 120 fps no matter what

Pretty sure you can only refund if you're playtime is under 2 hours and within 2 weeks of purchase.

I have a 970M GPU and a i7 4720, 16Go ram, win 10 - a weaker rig than what you have.
I run the game at a somewhat constant 60FPS (there's some drops here and there but nothing bad outside of the base and monster encyclopedia), with HD textures enabled (but shadows kept to the normal setting) at 1080p.
You should be fine.

my 1080ti is usually around 30-40% utilization at 4K max settings, with spikes to 60% when multiple explosions are on screen.

A 980ti should do 4K without problems
