How DO I download the 4K HD texture Pack?

I select the DLC and tap the 'download' button and it just starts the game! Edit. Ok, I have now figured out how to force the dlc to start downloading! Interesting issue: dlc size is 30GB not 66gb...

For the size it's because the download is compressed, the full game with HD texture takes about 80-90 GB on disk.

Hey so how did u fix it? Happens the same to me, pressing download on the HD pack launch the game, and I still can't slect High Res textures on settings.

The only way I was able to download it was right click the game in the steam library>properties>DLC tab then uncheck and recheck the checkbox for the texture pack.

Just in case that doesn't work, you can also try deleting some files, let steam scan to find that indeed files are missing, then it'll start downloading the missing ones.
At that moment you pause the download, check the DLC you want in the library, and at that moment it should modify the size and download time on the download section~

You can also go to LIBRARY-Downloads, as when i tried to get the 4k it added it in my list for later to download but would auto launch the game if you clicked download.

What I dont get why it says "Please make sure to have enough disk space to install the High Resolution textures. If you don't have at least 3GB of free space on your hard drive, the High Resolution option will not be selectable."

So IF I needed at least 3GB why is it downloading 30GB, did they just forget a zero?

Don't mind the message, but you'll need largely more than just 30Gb.
30 being the download size, not the final size (that is 67Gb by the way)
