It seems the body and body parts are too much on the front.
I can tell by flying license plate (rear), license plate inside the bumper (front), flying steering wheel and rear bench clipping through the window... and wheels that are off centered.
Please fix the body (and parts) position!
Btw, thanks for the patch. :)
Sometimes parts do that....where they look disconnected or placed wrong. But, then save and exit to main menu and continue your game. When you get back in shop, the car will appear assembled properly.
If that's not the case, and the car config was a bit tweaked after they compiled it, you could make a copy of the config.txt and body.txt, rename them to config1.txt and body1.txt (or whichever number comes after the last one in sequence.) Next, edit the config1.txt and add in a suffix name....something like R/T or whatever. Then save it. Now you can hit play in steam library and select Car Editor. Load the Zephyr then open the drop down list and load the R/T model......or whatever suffix name.....and go to work on it moving all the parts back into their proper positions......be sure to click save as you get each part properly placed so that you don't lose progress if it accidentally closes out on you for whatever reason.
Now, you can still do the file verification in steam and your new config file won't get messed with. Then just ignore the original cars in auction / junkyard....etc... and find the model you created instead. Problem solved. I do it with a LOT of cars myself.
I was about to write the same thing: "Just load it into the editor and fix it". But before I did, I was trying for myself and had to realize, that these issues can't be fixed in the editor, unfortunately.
It's just as @FredMichalBear wrote: the entire body has been moved towards the front a few cm (or inches, if you prefer). You can see it in the wheels and wheelarches, that are asymmetrical, or the rear bench, that's clipping through the rear window, or the license plates, the rear is hanging in mid air, while the front is sticking inside the bumper.
edit: Yes, they can be changed, look below...
I didn't realize, that it is relatively easy, to move the suspension. So after I did that, I also moved the other stuff forward by about the same amount, now the car looks somewhat presentable.
So if you do, what @Mardoin69 wrote above and create a config1.txt,
open this new file with a text-editor, copy and paste this into it (you don't even need to launch the editor, then):
In the original config.txt, you should change the line
Since it's unnecessary to edit the bodyconfig1.txt, you're good to go now.
I present pictures, since they say more than 1,000 words...

Anyway....I feel like setting Scale=0.97 (under 0 Main) really improves it.
Obviously, this would mess up your alls settings work a bit. I plan to edit mine based on this scale.....and give it suffix name Continental....cuz that's what it is.
Note* I originally couldn't see how it was messed up cuz the DLC wouldn't work for me till they patched it.
Also, I experimented with different scales.....0.95 started looking a bit too small imo. But, anything between 0.95 and 0.98 should look sized right in comparison to the rest of game cars.
