More Cars in Junk yard

I need help this game has one large issue and its that theres junk yard which usually only spawns with 1 to 3 cars which you can buy and a ♥♥♥♥ load of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ parts i need a way to get more cars in just yard there used to be a mod that did that but then it stopped working after an update and therefore i stopped playing because it was pointless i had wasted my money on dlcs which i couldnt do anything with because the cars never spawned in junk yard

if theres a way to max the spawn rate let me know how or if theres a mod somewhere plz link it
