Can someone make multiplayer mod please

Hello I really love this game but it is missing multiplayer. I will be fun playing it with friends.

This is an outdated version of the game...strike one. Also, the devs of the current version, CMS 2021, have EXPLICITLY stated that there will NEVER be a multiplayer version of the game.

Well, they're asking if 'someone' can make a mod for it... not if the Devs would do it. But, honestly, I have my doubts about that even being possible. I figure there's got to be a good reason why the Devs have flat out refused to do Multi-player for this game in every version of it... despite people repeatedly asking for it. It may just be too much code work or not possible with the games mechanics in combo of the game engine... idk.
