I learned, that the fully tuned "V8 DOHC Supercharged" gets up to 1116 HP and multiplied by 1.3 I get to 1,451 HP (rounded up).
Since I had an LX 550 SC waiting around to be overhauled anyway, I put this theory to the test, and with added power from the exhaust-system, I got her to 1,476 HP.
You could get a little bit more, if you have quality-performance-parts lying around, that you can find in crates. They raise the HP by 0.1 % per quality point. Of course only the performance-parts! The standard quality-parts "just" raise the overall value of the car.
I think that's about as high as you can get without DLCs and mods.
