More expensive tires. Slicks if you want to go all the way, but not necessary for less powerful cars. Tire dimension does nothing for grip in this game I believe.

Yeah dogwalker1 is right. use drag slicks. if you want it to really stick on the road, use slicks for the rear and front.

Generally with anything 700 hp+ you need slicks or at least race tires.

Also, go into main menu, settings, game settings and, change steering sensitivity down then hit apply. I have mine set at 40%. Your mileage may vary. Probably should have controller acceleration turned off as well.....then you'd turn controller sensitivity up to compensate. Again your mileage may vary.
As the others have said, need to go with race tires or slicks. Generally, any car under 350 hp should only need sport tires though. And, if you have tiny motor with very low hp....it won't matter. The only time I need slicks is with cars over 1,000 hp but, I can get away with race tires on those also for the straight track as long as I change up the gear ratio's so 2nd gear does not have too much speed range in it.

well that seems to be a solid answer. so slicks or race it will be thanks
