That car is included in the Dodge DLC. Unless you meant a modded version of that.

The DLC is a 68. There is a nice 70 charger mod on the workshop.

Oh, ok. I thought it was the Dukes' car. Same magnum engine I think? I always get the years mixed up. Pretty sure that was a '69. Could be wrong.

The Dukes Charger was a 69. Slight differences between years..... I only know because my dad owned a couple when I was a kid and he taught me how how tell! Plus, I have a thing for movie and TV cars....lol
