i cant find my mods i installed

i installed a Dodge Charger Hellcat 2016 mod but i cant find it anywhere i have checked the barn finds i have checked the junkyard and i even checked the auction house AND I HAVENT FOUND IT

Check the config file for that mod... looking in folder where mod is installed. It might not be set to 'Allowed Places' of all those locations. In fact, I've seen cars that were only alllowed to spawn in the Salon (dealership) and / or Auction. Just remember it's RNG so, it may take several trips to one of these locations before it pops in there. If it's an issue of where it's able to spawn, you could just add the other locations into that 'Allowed Places' line of the config file. Then go hunting. I actually prefer most cars able to spawn anywhere... except Dealership--which I only want the most recent year vehicles to spawn in. So, most my car configs look something like this;

allowedPlaces=Order.2,Junkyard,Auction,Shed

And, you could add...
,Salon
...at the end if you wanted it to spawn in Dealership also.

Be sure to save changes made to the file when finished.

Also, if these mods are straight off Workshop (not manually installed) be sure you're still 'Subscribed' to them and that they show up in the 'Showroom' as installed in the game.

Not there... as in--not showing up in the 'Showroom' when you go to it from main menu? If that's the case, then steam didn't download / install the mod correctly. You'd need to unsubscribe the mods, restart steam, re-subscribe the mods again--waiting for them to finish downloading. Try verifying the files afterward just to be sure. Load up and check 'Showroom' again.
