You need to use the 'cherry picker' to put the engine back in the car. Be sure there are no remaining engine / gearbox components still mounted into the engine compartment or you will not be able to place the engine in. The 'cherry picker' is a small crane looking item on small caster wheels that should be alongside one of the support columns in the shop. Click it, select move, chose the lift where the vehicle is. Go to it, click it, select option to install motor, choose appropriate motor from the list of available ones in your inventory--this assumes you've taken it off the engine stand so it's in your inventory. Presto! Engine is in car. Don't forget to fill it with oil.

In the world of 'back yard mechanics' it's referred to as a 'Cherry Picker' but, yes...it's an engine hoist / crane.

thank you! I almost had a mental breakdown because I had spent hours working on an engine and couldn't figure out how to put it in the car..
