You drain the oil by clicking on the oil reservoir with spout sitting next to the shop wall, move it to the vehicle in question, click it again and select to use it. When the animation is done, click it again to put it back away. Now lower the car, click on the engine / compartment which will take you into disassembly mode. Click on the oil cap on the engines valve cover. This will begin the oil filling animation. Hold mouse button down till the oil bottle drops down. By this I mean when you start out, you'll have the oil bottle raised up to dump oil into the engine fairly high and then it will lower a bit. That's the que that the engine is filled up. If you're ocd like some of us mechanics.....you'll click and release a couple more times to 'top it off' but, you don't have to. You can just hit 'Esc' key once you've filled it.

i fill till its bubbling. thats where it reaches max level on the probe. the tilt of the canister is midway, probably, which is good to go.
if you do it enough times and you can time it just before the bubbling, for the ocd people :D
