Now, the drawback is going to be your amount of RAM and Graphics Processing Unit. If you have 8 or more GB's Ram, you should be 'ok.' Then it comes down to GPU....does the laptop have it's own dedicated gpu or is it using the CPU's onboard graphics processing? If it don't have a dedicated gpu, it might have trouble running the game very well. But, wouldn't know for sure till you try.

it run Fallout New Vegas on Medium with no lag, but yeah Fallout is old game
