Depends what else you have in that laptop for specs but, that cpu is capable of running the game. However, it uses virtual cores or what's known as 'hyper-threading.' Games don't work well when the operating system is trying to spread the workload across those virtual cores. So, you'd get the best performance by setting 'affinity' (from in task manager) to the first 4 PHYSICAL cores for the game's exe after launching it. Games also don't work as efficiently when workload is being spread across more than 4 cores.

Now, the drawback is going to be your amount of RAM and Graphics Processing Unit. If you have 8 or more GB's Ram, you should be 'ok.' Then it comes down to GPU....does the laptop have it's own dedicated gpu or is it using the CPU's onboard graphics processing? If it don't have a dedicated gpu, it might have trouble running the game very well. But, wouldn't know for sure till you try.

16 GB RAM Dual Channel
AMD Ryzen™ 7 Mobile Processors with Radeon™ Graphics

It should run it ok. The game was optimized for the 1920 x 1080 resolution. At least, that's been mine (and others) conclusion as it seems to run better at that res than even a lower res like 1600 x 900 for example. Ofc, you're kind of at the mercy of your laptop's screen size as to what Resolution you run. Again, just set Affinity to the first 4 physical cpu's (should be 0,2,4,6) and it should run ok for you using the medium graphics setting. There's also a setting in bios where you can allocate RAM to the integrated graphics. You should max this out in the bios. That 'Dedicates' that amount of RAM to graphics...which will improve graphics performance a bit. Windows will still use RAM for graphics as needed but, having that initial 'dedicated' amount is a performance boost.
