Body Parts Cost for Order
During an order I was forced to use performance body parts as you can see in the screenshot below. I tried to use the parts from the regular shop, but it wouldn't check the part as being installed for the order. On the order screen though, it shows that the parts cost is only $1250 (total for all parts from normal body shop), but the actual cost for the parts is $3500 because you have to replace them with the parts from the performance body shop. Please fix this bug, orders shouldn't make you lose money. With this issue I'm out roughly $1600 in cash, even with the bonus.

I don't have any mods installed, just the game and 2 free DLC. I kept the car in my shop and havnt turned it in so here's another screen shot. I just cropped it to what I thought was relevent, though now the prices won't match up because I completed the other work on the order. Regardless of the car type/variant shouldn't the money spent equal the cost of the parts? It is only crediting $1250 for parts cost when it comes out to $3500 to buy the parts.

Also, what does this mean "not just what you want us to see."? Am you implying I have some type of agenda for a game I've owned a whole 3 days and am trying to report a bug on? What would I not want you to see?

Not trying to stir up problems, just bring issues to light. I really enjoy the game so far, just hope they do something for engine swaps or something like that to make resto's really custom. Not sure if that's phrased right?

Oh and sometype of XP bonus for resto would be great too. Im only lvl 16 and getting tired of grinding out clutch/transmission jobs lol.

My thinking here, and just floating an idea out here. Considering that reads "Normal Order", I'm trying to figure out how you have it at level 16. I do recall getting orders I wasn't capable of completing before I had the skills, but not by much. Body work is a lvl35 skill (Tier 6 Repair), which means none of those orders should have appeared before say, lvl30. Maybe I just didn't bother taking orders that had body work, but I don't remember there being work orders with body when I was that low a level.

Same reason story orders don't appear immediately after completing certain ones. Because they require skills/tools you don't have "access" to. By "access" I mean enough skill points to unlock them if you went straight to them.

Not sure, a mojority of the orders I have available currently have body work on them and I just buy new parts to replace them. This is the only order I have seen that had performance body parts required though.

You can get orders to replace/repair body parts at around 15 or so. Being able to actually repair the parts wasn't required since purchasing them was always available. I wouldn't say it's common to get a work order which requires performance parts, but they do exist. Several car types come in with performance parts on them as the standard. Once you start flipping cars, you'll see a huge value return using the performance parts so just consider this as early training to know which cars have which parts available.
