Gadgeteer and tablet achievement

Both achievements are not unlocked although I have allready unlocked everything in game.
Can you add a check with the next patch that unlocks these achievements?

I had the same issue. Reset my points for only 22k and it then gave me the achievement

Sorry to hear that one has to pay in-game money to fix a bug they should fix regardless. How hard is it to read a status? Just an extra couple of lines of code in a game already gigabytes in size.

I imagine it is easy, but; im sure there are way bigger fish to fry for the devs, they have so much on their plate right now.. the bugs and patch wishlist threads are out of control. it would be hard to keep up... also getting in-game currency is easy so if you have to reset once in your game lifetime thats not bad.

For me gadgeteer still doesn't unlock. I have unlocked everything up to level 35. Is there a later skill that is needed for this achievement?

Also for me it was $28k

Yeah, makes sense. I did my reset at level 17 or 18, hence the lower cost.

For me, the achievement triggered in an unexpected way. After skills reset, I started selecting the various tools. Upon selecting the 4th of the possible 5, I got the achievement. Which was early...but maybe it remembered I had selected that not-yet-chosen tool before reset? I then played for another 1 or 2 levels before I grabbed the last of the 5 tools.

So, your not getting the achievement may be due to strange accounting practices inside the game. (Wacky accounting isn't just for game money anymore...)

No, for these achievements you have to start a new profile.

I got the Hellcat achievement but it bugged pretty badly while it was being awarded. Prevented me from exiting the game, prevented Steam from working for about a minute, then POOF the achievement showed up lower right corner...not of my game window but Steam UI itself.

i found resetting my skill points and re purchasing the skill got the achievement
