Installing interior parts

How do I do it? I've removed the seats and steering wheel, and can find no way to install new parts.

In the same radial menu. First selection interior dissassembly, right click again for interior assembly menu option.

Click the interior tool... Then look to the right, you'll see a green interior tool. Click that. It works the same way installing body parts does...
