Remove junkyard fee already please.
It is quite silly that it is cheaper to restore a car completely with new parts than going to the junkyard for used ones, every trip is 500$ and sometimes you just find a couple of parts for your car that you can buy new for 100$...it isn't that much about money, I have more than half million but the inconsistency kills me.

There was a poll weeks ago and it was overwhelming voted to remove the fee, which they said they would. But then some whinged and said they did not want it removed and wanted an option in the menu. Red Dot said they would consider it. But meantime we are still being charged.
They could at least disable the fee whilst they are considering it.

Exactly, if they are not sure, just let it as it was before...no one complained then.

If you buy a badly damaged car you need to buy again almost every piece becouse they are under the reparation limit. Most of the time you just get 2 or 3 parts that you need each visit.

Last time I needed a GTO door, It took me 20 tries, thats 10000 for a door dude. XD

I plan on buying everything form the junkyard, and some cars just don't pay themselves.

Here the extra costs usually are they fuel you spend going there, you can even ask online if they have that part.

Even it you want to get every part from junkyard it is not cheaper than buying new ones. As you have to pay for every repair try and most parts in the junkyard are under 30%, you got less chances to sucessfully repair that parts.

Even repairing body parts if successfull only saves you a few bucks than buying new. And I am doing something wrong, I have only to pay 250$ for a visit at the junkyard.....

I manage to repair most of the pars in a couple of clicks, not that expensive. (I have all the repair perks).

I tried this morning and still is 500. Not sure.

you unlocked the skill, so you get 50% discount on travel to junkyards and barns

If you go to the junkyard just to pick stuff for ONE single car, you're doing it wrong. Each time you're there, spend 5 minutes to pick every single item you can find. Repair everything that can be repaird, use what you need, and then sell the rest.

That will pay for the trip you just made, and the next 5.

If you aren't taking any common part that's over 15% you're wasting a trip. The cost @ $500 is negligable when you're actually taking everything you can carry. Later it's only $250. That's not even pocket change, let alone enough to complain about.
