Report a translation problem
If parts aren't showing up in imports store for a mod then you might have corrupted file for the mod. Try unsubscribing from it, restart steam and then subscribe to it again. Load game up and check again.
When you are in the store page for buying parts, hit the little 'home' button up in top left and it takes you out to the main menu where you can pick a store to go to... like Wheels, Tires, Body parts, Interior... etc. The one down in far right lower corner is the community parts store. That's where all parts for mod cars is at.
