First was lvl50, the second lvl 48 (thats alot time to waste) . Modded cars r a pain in the neck, even if u dont use them ingame i just found out.
Not willing to waste more time..im outa this now, time to move on for other games.
If you load (continue) your game and find it's messed up, you can hit esc, quit without saving, and in the main menu click on "Profiles." Then click your profile name and an option to load a backup save should be available.
I'd also recommend creating a manual backup save once in a while just so you don't lose so much progress. Usually, you can unsubscribe from an offending mod then, re-subscribe to it again to download a fresh install of it after having gone into the Steam Workshop Content folder and deleting the offending mod's folder. That should fix any issue that the mod may have been having.....unless it's just a mod that the author has abandoned and hasn't been properly updated. But, yeah, you take that risk if you use mods of course.
@OP When you unsubscribe from a mod then close out steam and go into the Steam Workshop Content folder....are you checking to be sure the mod did in fact delete from within the games' numbered folder in the Content folder before launching steam and subscribing to the mod's again? If you had and still having glitch issues....had you used steams option to "Verify Files?" If that didn't detect a corrupted file, you may have to try a clean uninstall / re-install of the game. However, if you find similar glitch issues in other games, you may have a corrupted gpu dirver update....which will require a "Clean Install" of an updated driver.
Most are just a headache . They look good, but not worth the trouble.
Just get the DLC there cheap and you get different models and engines.
and there 100% compatible with the game.
I agree. And the car editor adds a whole new dimension as well, and still 100% compatible. Still might run into clipping issues here and there if you set the suspension super low, but it still is mostly fine, and looks really good.

Here's an example. This is my Bentley Continental GT "Solar Flare." Some clipping issues underneath, but the exhaust and drive train and everything are all lined up. I haven't looked at it in game in a while, but I think the steering rack runs right through the oil pan, hahaha. If you can get past a couple things here and there, you can make a car look good. It was fun to modify in the editor.
Sorry, but I shamelessly had to show off a build. ;)
