Is there a drag strip?
I can't seem to find the drag strip, I see speed track, but it is a DLC, and I can't find that either

It's included with the Plymouth DLC. The speed track is the drag strip.

Just an afterthought, bud. If you can afford it, buy all the DLCs. It's worth it, having more variety in the game. But also, a lot of mods require those DLCs. I don't have any mods installed, but if you get into the mods yourself, it's worth having them for that reason, too.
