V8 Twin Turbo DOHC?

So, I've put a little bit of time into this game, spent a lot of money and time swapping engines into different things, just for fun. I've just recently noticed (because I don't pay too much attention to it) that there's a swap option for a V8 Twin Turbo DOHC, but the motor isn't there when I click "create new engine". Is there anything I have to do? I have almost all the DLC's so there's a lot of different engines, but I just don't see a Twin Turbo V8 option on the engine stand, anyone else?

The engine you're on about is in the Maserati DLC. If you don't have that DLC, that's why you cannot find it in the engine stand list.
