Factory color codes
Anyone have a list of the cars, original real-life counter parts, factory color codes? The factory paints in game of course isnt the real ones and I love having the full original colors, but cant seem to find the codes whereever I search

Hi leppøS tekrytS,

You can easily find at least some of the codes in the config files of the DLC cars. Look for the line "allowedColors=". Those are HEX values, you need to convert them to HSV. For example, there is a HEX to HSV converter paige:

https://codebeautify.org/hex-to-hsv-converter or http://rgb.to/

And here are some colors for some of the cars. I know its not much, but it's still much better than the two useless posts of the two smart-asses above:

I've read on sites that have the paint codes, but either dont understand how they work, or they dont have the cars I'm looking for. I'm just asking if someone has a simple list they've used themselves. If I dont find one I'll continue using the sites

The thing is, in the real paint, there is a base and then tints, in the game it's just rgb aproximation, so you will have to get the color of the car you are trying to reproduce, then use software like photoshop or something similar to use the yey dropper to get the color into the software, and then read the rgb code which you can then use in the game.
I apologise for the less than helpful posts of others.
