"Fresh Import Goods"

Soo.. I might just be stupid or have a real problem.. You know when you pull up your tablet/computer in game and it'll give you all the different categories of shops? (Rims, Tires, Engine, etc.) I see one called "Fresh Import Goods", also called Community Cars Body Shop. When I pull it up, no parts are listed like the other categories. I see at the top however it says "You Subscribe. We Supply." Is there something I have to do especially to get the parts from that category? Thanks! (btw, if i'm just bein stupid try not to rub it in too much)

are you using any mods as that shop is for cars you sub to on the workshop
