is it possible to find rare cars in barns or rare paintjobs ?
Any easter eggs to be found ?

No. There are different versions of each car and/or modded car if you download mods but there are no quote on quote rares. That's too advanced for this game.

Ratt is partly right in that there are a wide variety of variations to mod cars. You can increase your odds of finding certain cars but it can turn into a lot of work. I'm referring to config files. For instance, none of the game cars show up anywhere in my game because I've set the config files to eliminate them. No barns, no auctions, no junkyard. I don,t care about the salon because frankly it has no place in a sim game at all. Some of the mod cars are only set up to appear in certain places. For instance the Ferrari Testa Rosa was only supposed to show up in barns. All well and good but I don't get barns any more because I don't parts pick and don't do order cars anymore.I only build what I want for my own collection.So I changed the config and now find them on a regular basis in the junkyard.As an aside don't add auction to cars like that unless you like spending 30 to 45 minutes on a single auction.This has gotten long winded, I'm sorry but yes you can make rare cars show more often but patience is a much less labor intensive way to go. You would have to change each config file one at a time, there are hundreds of them.As for paint jobs I assume you mean liveries and those are either added on from the the start or are added on as a mod. If you want a special paint scheme you may have to learn how to mod yourself.

FYI you can find a barn every time you visit the junk yard. But you need to find the right junk pile. But there is always one barn there per visit. It's time consuming but they are there.

FYI I know how to find the barn maps. I just don't have the patience anymore to pick through the junk. It would be better if you could just buy the maps.
