How to add mods.

idk how to add mods, there is no mod folder that i could find

Car mods are unzipped and added to cars folder here:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars

Your welcome. It is pretty quick and painless. I have a few installed myself and they work pretty good. Only issue is at the moment you cannot replace the body parts with new ones from the store as that portion of the game is not added yet. You will need to buy several of the same mod car and work the body condition up from there. Treat it like a full blown resto. This is only for body parts though. All other parts are available for the engines, suspension and such.

Everybody has that folder ! The path that Bruin05489 posted above to get to the Cars folder is Correct.

C: (or wherever you install your Steam games) \Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars

after the update, my mods make it so i cant open the game, the folder that had my mods in it is completly gone....

nope I have all my other steam games listed there with their individual mods installed and I don't have a CMS 2018 folder

Just verified the files still no folder for CMS 2018
Note:Some games I have installed also don't have folders

Then its some sort setting on your side not shore if that is steam setting or PC setting never seen issue before
