Clip B missing from Salem Sectre Fastback?

Ok so I bought a Salem Spectre Fastback from a barn and I'm trying to restore it.

However, I can't take it to a test track because it says there is a Clip B missing from the car and I can't for the life of me find it.

There is one I found on the ignition distributor and I replaced that one with brand new one but it still gives me the Clip B missing message.

I was hoping some knew where the other one was.

there should be 2 on the distributor

The distributor cap has two. The second clip is facing the first on the opposite side of the cap, 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock positions.
