What do Sandbox mode and Expert mode do?
Never played 2015 and I dont remember seeing them the last time I played this game (I havent played in a long time). Tried searching the discussions, but all I could find was that they work like they did in 2015 but that tells me nothing, since I didnt play 2015.

Expert mode also hides your UI in terms that you do not see your level, calls, or cash. You have to open windows to see such information.

When you mouseover a part in a vehicle, nothing comes up. No highlight, no part name, no red block telling you that you need to remove one piece before you can move another.

In Sandbox mode, you also receive no calls. You have unlimited resources on everything you need but receive no work calls. Everything you do is on vehicles you buy at the auction / junkyard.
