iv cheched all the DLC but no luck and the junk yard thousands of times

You're going to have to be more specific since there are more than one type of Lamborghini and Bugatti. Try looking on the workshop where you downloaded them as they will say where to find them in the description...

it can take a very long time to find the cars, just be patient.

Try looking in the auction and the salon as that's where they are. The auction has more cars so you'll probably have a higher chance of finding them there... but it can take up to around 20 visits at times depending on how many mods you have, so it can take some time :)
