Oil cap on the engine valve cover.

Click the oil cap and it cuts to an oil bottle with a funnel. Hold the button to fill and when you see the bottle tip back slightly that means it's full.

It's actually full about 5 seconds after the jug tilts back again. If you check the dip stick you'll see.
I don't think it makes a difference in the game, but if you try to play as if you are a resposible greaser you'll want to top it up. :D
