Buying a complete engine?

Now as engine swapping is available, is it possilble to also buy a complete new engine that I can just put in my car or do I always have to buy and assemble all parts myself? I remember it being possible in Car Mechanic Simulator 2015, and it often came in handy if I wanted to concentrate on the bodywork or switch engine type more easily.

as far as i seen, you have to put the engine together entirely by your self, either on the engine stand or in the car itself.

You could just stright swap an engine from a donor car...

IRL even crate engines have to be build up. A donor provides all parts needed and you can be fairly sure the parts match the engine.
