All the ones at the front i removed were in good enough condition, so it didn't add them to the part list
Put the car together and use assembly mode, it will show you which parts are missing.
I genuinely cannot see anything, I'm probably going to have to totally strip the parts from the car and build it up from nothing. It's a story job so i can't skip it
But if I'm right (car has missing parts), it won't help you much. Youll still have to find those missing parts.
If I were you I would keep searching using the assembly mode.
Radiator and radiator fan housing.
In what world is that front suspension... :/
Have fun, this is an awesome sim
A customer cant exactly know whats wrong with his car. He had a small crash and he knows only that the front suspension was damaged (he could feel/see it, because of the crash). But there might be other parts damaged after this crash too. Its your job to find out whats wrong with the car and fix it.
Another example: If you were a doctor and a patient comes to your office, do you think he will be able to describe with a 100% accuracy his health condition? No, the guy is ill and you have to find out whats wrong with him and "fix" him.
no it is not there is so much missing yer good but not awesome but this might be awesome

Yeh I understand, I just kinda figured the game wouldn't expect me to find other faults when the job was worded the way it was.
By the way a small tip - be careful with story jobs. If something goes wrong when doing such a job, its over. You wont get new ones. You will receive only normal jobs but no story jobs.
So, do regularly backups of your save/profile files. There is nothing more frustrating than a corrupted profile with no backup :)
Cheers.
Oh, that's a common problem is it? Wow. I'm guessing I just copy some files from the game directory
Well, game is much more stable and reliable now. Basically there are no more game breaking bugs. But your profile still might get corrupted. Its better to be prepared, just in case ;)
There was a guy a couple of days ago who complained about losing his progress, cars, everything. After 300 hours of gameplay. And he had no backup. That hurts. Dont let the same happen to you ;)
And check if your steam cloud is on. If it is on and you dont need it - turn it off. This feature managed to kill lots of profiles... It should be working now, but who knows.
Copy your current profile folder to another place and youll be safe.
