DirectX 9

The Devs told me on a different discussion that DX9 gave them an error. It would be great if the Devs could enable DX9 again. My graphics card doesn't support DX11, but I've been able to run this game on medium settings 30fps on DX9, but now I can only run it on DX10, and that gives me pink/purple reflections. Any way to fix this in the latest patch?

I have directX 12 but I still get a message at the start to say I need directX 9 or newer to run the game but I have DX12 so I don't understand it was working for a while until this started

Honestly, I don't know how I can even launch this game, I meet the requirements up to the graphics card and DirectX version, I have a.... GTX 260.... ummm, yeah it has like 900mb of vram and supports up to DX10, but like I said, I was able to play the game on DX9 at medium settings 30fps

Most people that says that only read the first tab of dxdiag but you have to read the video/display tab
you don't have a dx11 gpu or not installed any driver (no Microsoft Display Driver)

I have tried force-d3d9, but the Devs disabled DX9, because it was giving them an error.

I have looked in all of them and it says I have got it or its just me and I can't see something

then post your dxdiag (pastebin or similar) to prove and to be able to help you

then you can take warranty. (you should be able to get a refund)
as you bought the game with dx9 compatibility but it's no more

The minimum requirement for the game was a GTX660 or a comparable card. With his hardware he doesn't fit in the recommemded profile for this game, so there will mostly no refund at all.

go to pastebin.com paste your text (error log ,...) and post the link here.
dxdiag you have to "Save all information" and copy paste from that file.

The DirectX Version: DirectX 12 referred to in your file only refers to Windows 10 but it looks like your video card only supports DX10. This game requires DX11. Windows 10 supports DX12 but that doesn't mean your graphics card does.
