Marking parts for repair/replacement
Hi Guys!
I know in previous versions of CMS you were able to mark the parts that needed repairing or replacing by clicking a little star which, in turn, put a blue outline around the part that needed replacing.
I want to know if this is possible in CMS2018 because, for the life of me, i can't find it. It's probably super obvious. If it isn't built into the game, does anyone know of a mod that does this?

Thanks in advance guys.

Ok. so when you take the part off of the car, you can go into car status and it should be there?

Ok all good! I worked out that the job i'm on won't show me the information about what's wrong with the car. So it's all good. I accepted another job and i can now see the stars. Thanks Vert

That's where, taking a car for a repair job, using examine parts, diagnostic tools, test track and test path will get you quite a good amount of those stars (discovered parts).

Now for all parts that are visually easy to check, usually it's counter intuitive to use "examine parts" as you go by the rust level, and that works well. Now for some other parts, those tools can save you quite some time if you're unsure of what's wrong.

Yeah i agree. the only problem with this particular job was that the engine wouldn't run so the majority of the tests didnt function. I figured it out though and it started behaving normally. Thanks all!

Metasoul if it is a no start after the test still no start then it will be either wires or plugs

Or the fuel pump on the fuel tank!

well the fuel pressure check should find that

and that is another thing that bugs me there is only one fuel tank with the fuel pump in the tank seams redundent to have a fuel pump in the tank as well on the engine (there are a couple engines that have fuel pump on the engine)
