damn. thats something i wish they added in. obviously they should't allow to big engines or 2 small engines in car so u can't get a v8 in a i3 sized car but maybe allow a v12 car to allow a w12

It's just not that simple because if you swaped a completely different engine, you also have to swap crossmember, suspention, exhaust, and adjust the driveshaft. And you might even have to adjust ride hight to allow the different engine to fit. It's a whole process. Basically it'd be like creating a variant, not just an engine swap.
true.

CMS2k15 was a bit free with that aspect that you could put a supercharger on a V8/V8OHV even if it didn't had it originally. Why they removed it here I don't know.

Thought the same.
I'm not sure why some people think it's such a big deal, it was already a feature before.

Switching V8 1 carb to 2 or back is like a hood switch, and I can't even do that.
