Even the latest AMD integrated desktop 2200G and 2400G graphics would be cutting things close.
If you are still keen to try the game then you have two hours maximum playtime to check the game out and still get a refund from Steam.

Your processor is more than capable of running this and other games - it is a lot more powerful then the 13 processor that the OP has. The real issue that the OP has is that his/her laptop only has the Intel integrated HD 620 graphics, while you have a nVidia GTX card for the gaming graphics.
Anything of GTX660 and above will work in this game. Lower spec cards 'may' work to some degree on lowest settings.
