I have got all the DLCs but I can not for the life of me, come across any Vipers in the Junkyard or any Barns. I understand they must be rare, but come on...Im beginning to think there are no Vipers in this game.

Viper is only in auction house or new car salon. Lot of the more modern cars are only there.

if you are handy you can change that yourself. you only need to make a change in the game files

I have found Vipers in the game but with the 'SELL_ME' added to the end of the car name. Is the Mustang Mach 1 a modern car, because I find quite a few of them in game.

No I am not handy that way at all. I am always afraid I will mess up the entire game by poking around with files.

Nope it`s from the early 70s, modern Mustang is in the auction house as well.
