The game does not load after 80 percent on the first load screen

I just even buy this game and want to play, but after watching the introductory videos goes loading that does not pass on 80 percent, the gears spinning on screen but the game won't load further

What mods do you have installed? I had over 170 Mod Cars installed, as well as maps and plates, and 80% is where the loading screen would slam on the brakes... I'm thinking that's where mods are loaded.

If you have any .DLL mods (like Swiss Army Knife) make sure its up to date, it might lock up if its out of date.

I don't have any mods, i just installed the game I repaired game, i just check game cache and all worked, thx. ( sorry for my bad english, i'm from russia)
