Does anyone know why in the Console Version they didn’t include any dlc content ? But left stuff like V10 heads but no blocks like what gives ? I wanted the full game not some stupid crappy port.....

They most likely have to renegotiate the licencing agreement with all of the manufacturers so that it covers ALL platforms. when the licencing was agreed the game was a PC only game and so the manufacturers probably only licenced the vehicles for the PC version.

Licencing is a huge very long-winded minefield and, after using mickey mouse lookalikes in their game for so long they are incredibly lucky that they got ANY brand licencing at all.

i also play Euro Truck Simulator 2 and because of who ownership issues it has already taken nearly 2 years to get the Renault Range T into the game with no sign of it actually appearing any time soon (the approval of licencing for any Renault truck is split between Renault Trucks, Renault Cars and Volvo Trucks as they are all rights holders in Renault Trucks to one extent).

they will release the DLC later for console, some parts just got left behind
