Can't install Front Wheels

When i go to the brakes and put everything on there isn't an option for me to be able to put wheels/rims on both in the front

Somethings missing.Make sure you have the bearing and cap installed. Also check tie rod parts.You can't install wheels without them.

Yes as jrpad said, your missing something. Wheel bearing? drive axle? hub cap? tie rods?

From that pic the wheel hub cap is definitely missing, and I'm guessing the wheel bearing may be as well.

I will try and let you know but when I go to part mount I don’t have the option to add anything else to it

The bearing goes inside the hole, then the hub cap over it.

Front-end suspensions are tricky; I spent the better part of 2 hours today trying to diagnose and fix some junker that they brought in for me for story mode. I basically had to rebuild the entire front end of the thing, and finally figured out that there were hub cap covers and wheel bearings that needed replacing as well. There's a ton of bits that go into a front end suspension.

Idk if this helps but this is all that i see and from it can't see anything that's missing that would cause me to not be able to put the wheels on

OP, "wheel hub cap" here is not the decorative "hub cap" many of us non-automotive types may initially think. The "wheel hub cap" is a small part that goes on before the wheel, over the hole. And before that goes on you also need to have the wheel bearing put in the hole. Buy both those parts and you will see that they go on there, then you can put the wheel on.
